The Academic Achievers Awards is a gala occasion paying tribute to the University of Pretoria's academics who have shown exceptional achievement in the preceding year. The recipient of the Chancellor's Award: Research, exceptional academic achievers, exceptional young researchers, researchers with new or re-evaluated NRF ratings, and achievers in community engagement and innovation in education are all acknowledged.
