EAP@UP Workshop: Healthy behaviour

Posted on April 17, 2015

You are invited to attend an EAP@UP workshop during which we shall explore what makes us tick and find out how we can make a conscious choice to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

The saying ‘Actions speak louder than words’ is well known and also very true: we are judged by what we do, rather than by what we say, and yet we often act without thinking. Sometimes we cannot even explain why we do what we do. This workshop aims to promote awareness of our actions and the reasons for our behaviour, especially the unhealthy behaviours that we engage in and that could expose us to various ailments and affect our job satisfaction.

Join us for this four-hour morning workshop at EAP@UP to learn about the difference between healthy and unhealthy lifestyles, and to realise how your behaviour affects your health.
