You are hereby informed that the Autumn Graduation Ceremonies will take place daily at 10:00 and 15:00 from 14 to 30 April 2015. For more detailed information, click here.

Operational arrangements

In order to facilitate orderly traffic flow and for security reasons, your cooperation regarding the following arrangements will be appreciated:

• Students and guests attending the Spring graduation Ceremonies will use South Street entrance.
• The High Performance Centre (hpc) vehicle gate will be used for exit only.
• Sufficient officials will be deployed to assist in regulating traffic. Officials will also be deployed in the following streets: South and Glyn, South and Richard, Burnett and Richard and Prospect and Richard.
• Patients and persons using the Sport Campus facilities are requested to park on the southern side of the Campus.

In accordance with the regulations of the Safety at Sports and Recreational Events Act 2 of 2010, an application for risk categorisation as prescribed in section 6(3) of the Act was submitted; this event was categorised as a low risk event.
