Water supply interruption: Onderstepoort Campus
Buildings affected: Sir Arnold Theiler Building, Post Mortem Hall, Support Services Complex, Veterinary Academic Hospital – northern and southern and animal holding pens behind the hospital
Date and time: Saturday 14 March 2015, 07:00 to 17:00
Duration: 10 hours
Please take note of a planned interruption of the water supply to the area and buildings referred to above.
The interruption is due to essential maintenance on the main water infrastructure that supplies the abovementioned buildings with water. The interruption is planned for Saturday 14 March 2015 from 07:00 to 17:00.
We kindly request all personnel to fill available containers with water prior to the interruption in order to supplement drinking and washing water. Personnel and students are requested to use water sparingly in buildings equipped with water reservoir tanks.
All persons are requested not to leave taps turned on during the interruption, as this may cause flooding and damage once the main water supply has been restored.
