Systematic Review Workshop presented by Dr. Kobie Boshoff

The Centre for Augmentative and Alternative Communication will be presenting a workshop on Systematic Reviews by Dr. Kobie Boshoff on the 16th January 2015. This workshop will focus on introducing postgraduate students and staff on the process of doing systematic reviews with some practical tips on how to go about doing these.

Dr Kobie Boshoff is a senior lecturer at the Occupational Therapy Program, University of South Australia, and is a research group leader within the International Centre for Allied Health Evidence (iCAHE). In the occupational therapy field, she has a broad range of clinical experience in paediatrics and employment for people with disabilities. She has worked in South Africa, Canada and Australia. Her research is focussed on early childhood development, especially at a service planning level and includes evidence- based practice, practice-based and multi-disciplinary research. She has presented various training and workshops on systematic reviews for professionals and postgraduate students from various health and human services disciplines. .
