NSTF winner to speak at UP

Professor Christian Chimimba is an assistant professor in the Department of Zoology and Entomology at the University of Pretoria. He received an NSTF award for his contribution as senior male black researcher over past five – 10 years. Prof Chimimba topic for the lecture will be “Defeating rodents with science”

Prof Fred Hugo, the founder and director of Technology Research Activity Centre (TRAC), a national  non-profit organisation that supports physical science, mathematics and technology education in South African secondary schools, will also be speaking at this occasion.
