The Community-Based module entails that students have to work at least 40 hours in the community.
One of the groups reorganized the library at Nantes Primary School in Eersterust. They classed and alphabetized over 2000 books and created a children's corner. They bought posters to decorate the library, as well as educational games and an ABC rubber mat for the children's corner. These students also contributed a TV and a DVD player and a number of educational DVD's to the library. This library had not been used since the school moved to its new premises two years ago. After they've seen the dedication and hard work from the students, the community promised to become more involved in the library.
