Becoming “…an internationally recognised South African teaching and research university …” is central to the University of Pretoria’s mission statement. Accordingly, achieving this is the central theme and primary goal of
Innovation Generation: Creating the Future: 2007 - 2011. The other goals and strategies in the Plan have been selected to lend support to this primary goal.
