“You’ll never know the bonding between the two teams until tested and surely this is a tester. But I’m sure the women will be at their best at home,” said the Sello Mokoena, team’s head coach.
Tuks played their counterpart of TUT Pretoria in the last group phase match to decide who goes through to the semifinals. The 1 all draw meant that Tuks are still unbeaten in 10 consecutive matches.
“To win 9 games and draw 1 tells its own remarkable story. This achievement will however be tested when we play the semi-finals,” said the captain, Simphiwe Dludlu.
The women’s team will be playing VUT Vanderbijlpark at the TuksSport Campus.
“It is going to be a game to watch and I can assure you that we’ll display a better standard compared to the previous games. All on campus are urged to support the team and have fun with us,” said the central midfielder Vanessa Siakam, who is first year in BSport Science student.
