Leopards drew first blood midway in the second half after a defensive blunder by the AmaTuks central defenders.
The AmaTuks faithfuls came out in their numbers to support their team and continued singing even when the team was 1-0 down. Hardly fifteen minutes after the Leopards' goal (77th minute), AmaTuks scored the equaliser through substitute Thokozani Sekotlong, who replaced Sibusiso Themba after 58 minutes.
This result leaves AmaTuks second on the log, a point ahead of Black Leopards but ten points behind Jomo Cosmos after sixteen games. With five games to go to the end of the season any of the top five are still in with a chance for the play offs.
Injury to key striker Thabo Moleko has left AmaTuks somewhat goal-shy, and the unavailability of other key players compounds to their worries.
Most of the players will however be available for the next match away to Dynamos at the Giyani Stadium on 05 March 2011 (15h00 kick-off) and with a very good away record AmaTuks are confident that they will return to Pretoria with the full three points.
