South African Council for Space Affairs acknowledges ICLA course

Established in terms of the Space Affairs Act (No 84 of 1993), the South African Council for Space Affairs (SACSA) provides the legal framework for matters pertaining to outer space activities in South Africa. Notably SACSA’s achievements for 2011 include the Air, Space and Telecommunications Law Seminar that was offered in conjunction with the Institute for Comparative Law in Africa (ICLA), Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria. The next Air, Space and Telecommunications Law Seminar will be hosted from 30 January to 10 February 2012.
