Henning Melber is the director of the Dag Hammarskjöld Foundation in Uppsala, Sweden, and Jan Mutton is former Belgian ambassador to South Africa and was special envoy of the Belgian Foreign Minister to the Great Lakes Region. Both speakers are research associates of the Department of Political Sciences.
