In the past this event has proven to be very well attended and word of mouth has propelled its popularity to become one of the leading events of this kind in South Africa.

On Friday 1 March, workshops will be held from 14:00 until 17:00 at the Conference Centre (Sanlam Auditorium) on the Main Campus of the University of Pretoria. A practical workshop in the technique and use of skin prick testing, spirometry and asthma education will enable colleagues to better manage allergic children. During the Neonatology workshop, prevention of damage to the foetal and neonatal brain will be highlighted and practical interventions suggested.
 
Knowledgeable experts, including Professors Gert Kirsten and Suzanne Delport will be available to answer practice questions in the "Meet the Professors" session.

Sessions on Saturday and Sunday will include Neonatology, Infectious Diseases, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology and Ethics.

This year the Sanlam Auditorium at the University of Pretoria has been booked to accommodate everybody. We are once again looking forward to welcome all interested parties at this venue.
