The title of the thesis is: “Developing a model to evaluate the quality of the services rendered by the South African Revenue Service”.
In 2009, a master's student of the Department of Taxation, Mr Jan Bosman, was the joint winner in the Master's degree category.
The Faculty congratulate Prof Stiglingh and the Department of Taxation with this extraordinary achievement.
