The first of the two workshops took place on Saturday, 5 September 2009 and the topic was: “The law relating to E-commerce”. On 12 September 2009 the second workshop, “Alternate Dispute Settlement”, was presented. Dr Y Farah from the University of Essex, Prof T Pistorius from UNISA and Mr S Snail from Couzyn, Hertzog and Horak were the keynote speakers at both workshops.
