The full amount of South African Rand is payable with registration.
THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS MAY 31, 2016.
In the case you will fly into OR Tambo International Airport a very good (and exiting) way to get to Pretoria is by the Gautrain. It departs from inside the Airport Building. The train is safe and fast. You need to buy a travel card and add money for a one-way trip to the Hatfield Station, Pretoria. You change trains for Hatfield Station at Marlborough Station. The current cost for a one-way ticket is R155. For more info visit: www.gautrain.co.za
From the Hatfield Station you may want to take a taxi to your B&B or Hotel. In case you arrive after 19:00 at OR Tambo Int. Airport you need to make alternative transport arrangements. In such a case or in case you prefer private transport from the airport anyway you can also do so by contacting Best Shuttle [email protected]. The last mentioned would give you a good price. In case you are more than one person you pay only a limited amount extra for every additional person. This is a very trustworthy person and service.
