Professor Tawana Kupe, Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the University of Pretoria, in collaboration with Dr Phethiwe Matutu, Chief Executive Officer of the Universities South Africa (USAf), cordially invite you to a virtual language colloquium for public universities.
This is the second in a three-part series of events to be hosted by the Community of Practice for the Teaching and Learning of African Languages (CoPAL) on the New Language Policy Framework for Higher Education Institutions, which was gazetted in October 2020. Vice-chancellors and university executives will gather with experts and other stakeholders to contemplate ways to implement the policy.
