  • UP's Tatjana Schoenmaker won the 100 m and 200 m breaststroke events at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in Australia. Her winning times were African records and she set an African record in the 50 m breaststroke. Schoenmaker is the first South African female swimmer to win gold at the Commonwealth Games since Natalie du Toit won three gold medals in 2010 in Delhi, India. Read more
