The University of Pretoria, Graduate Support Hub Division in the Department of Research and Innovation, would like to congratulate all the postgraduate students that participated in its first institutional Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) and Visualise Your Thesis (VYT) competitions. 

The winner and runner-up of the Doctoral 3MT competition were invited to represent the university at the national competitions that were virtually held by the University of Free State on 28 October 2022. 

The Masters VYT winner, represented UP at the international competitions that were virtually held and hosted by The University of Melbourne on 10 October 2022. 

These competitions are a great platform for postgraduates to communicate and disseminate their research. They further offer a great opportunity for our students to harness and sharpen their presentation skills.
