During the salary negotiations process, at the University of Pretoria Bargaining Forum (UPBF) meeting, it was agreed that Management would consider and investigate the possibility of having childcare facilities on UP campuses for staff members’ children.
To best provide input from the applicable UP sub-community, the Department of Human Resources invites you to participate in a short online survey. The primary aim of the survey is to establish the current feasibility of and requirements for childcare facilities for full-time employees at UP.
Please note that efforts to include all permanent staff have been made, and those who may not have access to institutional emails or computer facilities will be informed via their Human Resources Business Partners offices and relevant Line Managers. Special workstations will be available for staff members who do not have access to complete the survey online.
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and can be accessed below:
