NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION
Area: PRINSHOF NORTH CAMPUS
Buildings affected: Curelitzia Residence, House Ukuthula, and Tuks Bophelong
Dates: 29th August 2022 until 30th November 2022
Time: 13H00 - 13H30
Please take note of a planned electrical infrastructure upgrade project that will commence on Monday the 29th August 2022 with expected completion on the 30th November 2022.
The reason for the construction is to upgrade the medium-voltage electrical infrastructure to increase power availability in case of old infrastructure failure.
The specific date and time when the buildings will be affected, are stated above.
The red line is the route that the cable will be installed which involves excavations and barricading.
Please be careful of barricading around campus as these will be deep excavations.
