Nozipho Tshabalala, award-winning journalist and CEO of The Conversation Strategist, kicks off the second season of the LeadUP Podcast.

Tshabalala, who completed her Honours in International Relations at UP, talks about defining her own role in business, why significance and impact are more important to her than success, and what makes a great story and storyteller. “One of my core beliefs is that the best conversations are listened into existence rather than spoken,” she says on the podcast.
