Please note that all vehicle access rights on staff access cards expire annually at the end of the year. Vehicle access to Hatfield Campus was retained for students since the COVID-19 lockdown due to parking availability on campus during this period. This arrangement will be retracted with the commencement of the academic year on 21 February 2022.

You are requested to apply online for a 2022 parking disc as soon as possible to obtain or retain staff access to campuses. Once the disc is collected and receipt acknowledged, the access rights will be reinstated automatically the following day.

The security staff at the motor entrances will be aware of this arrangement and will not deny any staff member with a staff card access until 4 March 2022.

Once the majority of staff have obtained their discs, a follow-up campus communication will be sent to remind everyone that access will only be allowed for staff with 2022 parking discs, and security staff at the gates will enforce this arrangement.
