The University recognises the need for individuals to have flexibility and simplified benefit structures that will address their personal needs and allow them to manage their personal finances in a manner that suits them. Therefore, the University is now providing an alternate provident fund and insured death and disability benefits structure to afford employees a choice.
Please find attached the detailed communication and option form in this regard for your attention and completion (Appendix B).

FundsAtWork Umbrella Provident Fund On-site Consultant
An on-site consultant will be available by appointment in the Administration Building in Room 4-79 from 1 September until 31 October 2019 to assist you with any queries on the FAW fund. ALL current UP Provident Fund members must complete the attached option form (Appendix B) and email the form to hr-remuneration_benefits@up.
Please complete the University of Pretoria - benefit structure options 2019 form by 30 August 2019 to inform the University of your option.
