PROJECT: Building Refurbishment – North western wing – Phase 03, Level 1 to Level 4
We are pleased to inform you that we have concluded all the necessary planning and procurement processes that are associated with the proposed remedial action for waterproofing problems at the Law Building, Hatfield.
The scope of work includes the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the following:
Construction Period
Planned start date: 1st July 2019
Planned Practical Completion date: 25 January 2020
