Please be informed that the data required for HEMIS reporting will again be collected electronically. The system has been significantly simplified, the only requirement is an indication of the percentage (not hours) of time spent on teaching courses and split among the various HEMIS programmes. We have attached the guideline manual to assist all academic staff to complete the process.

The HEMIS Personnel Information System will be activated from Thursday, 2 May 2019 in PeopleSoft.

The closing date for submission of HEMISforms is Friday, 29 November 2019.
