Changing the name display of your UP staff Google Account

In order for the University to move away from the [email protected] email address to a [email protected] format, some changes will have to be made on every computer.

Once the changes are made on the back-end of the system, you will be required to make certain changes to your accounts and devices.

The items that will be affected are listed below. Click the link for the section you need:

GMail web client (setting up a new account)
Gmail Web client (Removing old account)
Smartphone with u+number logged in (Android)
iPhone app with u+number logged in (Apple)
Gmail application on iPhone (Apple)
Setting up Outlook with G Suite Sync
