Buildings affected: Mineral Sciences Building, AE du Toit Auditorium & Annexe, Technical Services Building, Old Agriculture Building, Mathematics Building and Sci-Enza Centre

Duration: 5 hours
Please take note of a planned interruption of power supply in the abovementioned buildings.
The interruption is due to construction-related work where main electrical cables are to be isolated to ensure the safety of the construction workers. It is planned for Tuesday, 3 July 2018, from 09:00 to 14:00.
Buildings equipped with standby power generators will experience a power interruption of 60 seconds before and after the abovementioned times. Buildings which are not equipped with standby power generators will experience a power interruption for the mentioned duration.
Please switch off sensitive electronic equipment well in advance and disconnect power leads from wall outlets.
