Authentication suite downtime

Date and time: Thursday, 29 March 2018, 20:00 to 23:00

A software upgrade is required in respect of certain components of UP's Single Sign-on and Password Self-service solutions. This upgrade is scheduled for Thursday, 29 March from 20:00 till 23:00.

Please note that during the abovementioned time, users will not be able to sign on to most of UP's enterprise systems, including the UP Portal (and all systems that are accessed via the UP Portal); and the UP library systems. However, sign-on to UP's WiFi network will not be affected. 

Functionalities of Password Self-service, such as the ability to change your UP Portal password, will also not be available during this time.
