Notice is hereby given of the refurbishment of the Club Hall Building by the Department of Facilities Management.
The interior of the building will be renovated. A lift will be installed to provide all persons with access to the top storey.
Tenders are being procured and construction work is expected to start in September 2015, for completion by the end of May 2016.
The lease agreement of the current service provider expires on 31 August 2015. Negotiations are under way to move UP staff members currently located in the building to new premises.
