Please take note of a planned municipal interruption of the water supply to the buildings and area referred to above.
The reason for the interruption, as informed by the City of Tshwane, is scheduled maintenance/upgrading of the municipal main water supply pipelines. The City of Tshwane indicated that although interruption of the water supply will be avoided at all costs, interruptions may occur from time to time between 07:00 and 16:00 on Tuesday 23 June 2015.
We kindly request all personnel to fill available containers with water prior to the interruption in order to supplement drinking and washing water, as well as for personnel and students to use water sparingly on this day in the buildings that have water reservoir tanks.
All persons are requested not to leave taps open during the interruption, as this may result in serious flooding and damage once the main water supply has been restored.
