The other five are Isabel le Roux (200; 23.11), Estie Woodstock (400, 52.90), Noraseela Mohd Khalid (400 h; 56.97), Rene van der Merwe (HJ; 1.80) and Elizna Naude (DT; 56.97).
Amongst the men LJ van Zyl overcame an attack of flue to win the 400 hurdles in 49.68. In the 400 straight Pieter Smith improved on his personal best clocking a time of 45.86, which placed him second behind Zimbabwe’s Talkmore Nyongane (45.75).
