UP-student assisted school in Tzaneen

Posted on June 26, 2010

During the July recess, Romeo Tintswalo Matshitela, a mining engineering student,  assisted learners at Mafutsane Secondary School in Tzaneen with maths.  He is enrolled for the compulsory undergraduate course, Community-Based Project of the Faculty Engineering, Built Environment and Information Technology. He decided to complete his 40 hours field work in his own home town - thereby being a wonderful role model for the learners. Thank you Romeo - we are proud of you!
