Module content | Role playing factors relating to consumer behaviour, food procurement and consumption. The introduction of the 2011 Consumer protection act and food labelling laws. Consumer education in relation to consumers’ social responsibility. The UN sustainable development goal #12 is addressed in this subject. Projects are focused on consumer education, responsible consumer consumption and household production as well as community engagement. |
