Nominations for the 2025 UP SRC Elections are now open.
This is your moment to step up and thrive as a student leader.

The SRC plays a critical role in shaping student life at UP. From academic support and financial aid to wellness, transformation, and student advocacy, the SRC ensures that your voice is heard where it matters most.

You have until Monday, 4 August at 16:00 to nominate yourself and become part of the team that represents student voices, drives change, and supports success across campus. As an SRC member, you’ll receive full support and guidance to grow as a leader and make a real impact.

Nomination Process

Deadline: The deadline for submitting nominations is 4 August 2025 at 16:00.
To nominate yourself, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the UP Portal: Login to the UP Portal using your unique login credentials. Ensure you are on the main page of the Student Portal.
2. Access the Student Leadership Dashboard: Navigate to the Student Leadership Dashboard Portlet on the main page.
3. Select the Student Leadership Nominations Tile: Click on the tile to begin the nomination process.
4. Complete Your Nomination Form: Fully complete the nomination form, ensuring all your information is correct. Select the portfolio(s) role you’d like to run for, and then submit the form.
5. Check Your Nomination Status: Review the nomination status of your application via the Student Leadership Dashboard’s Leadership Nomination page.
