Q: Job title and in which department/research entity do you work?
A: Human Resource Officer in the Department of Human Resources placed at Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences, working closely with the Department of Biochemistry, Genetics and Microbiology.

Q: What has been the highlight of your career?
A: Managing to recruit and hire the most compatible and qualified staff for the Department, both academics and professional staff members.

Q: What inspires you?
A: Seeing the staff and students of Biochemistry, Genetics and Microbiology happy and having a conducive working environment and being paid on time regularly for their work. 

Q: What challenges have you experienced in your career?
A: Being unable to make some final decisions to complete some tasks on time.

Q: What message do you have for the youth of South Africa?
A: Everything they do, they must give it their best and be confident in themselves.
