Constitutional Tribunal
The Constitutional Tribunal, previously known as the Student Court, is part of the judicial arm of student governance at UP. We function as an independent, impartial, and objective student court. We maintain a justiciable 'Student Bill of Rights' - responsible for the resolution of student disputes, inter-society disputes, and SRC constitutional matters. Student Disciplinary Advisory Panel (SDAP)
SDAP is a team of law students assisting students with procedural advice on what to expect from the disciplinary process and hearing whenever the student is facing disciplinary action. They exist to ensure that the disciplinary process is adhered to and to protect the integrity of the students and the process. Read more on SDAP.

These organised groups are linked to academic fields or departments within a Faculty, enhancing learning experiences and interactions beyond the classroom. The Class Representative System ensures a two-way communication channel to improve the teaching and learning experience continually. Class Representatives are trained to engage with their classmates and lecturers, proactively addressing academic matters. They play a crucial role in escalating issues within academic faculties on behalf of their peers. This role offers students an accessible leadership opportunity outside of traditional student structures.
