Conducting market research in challenging environments

The Department of Marketing Management hosted Mr Joe Boniaszczuk, Marketing Sciences Director at GfK South Africa, on 19 September 2015. He presented a lecture on conducting market research in challenging environments to the MPhil Marketing Research students.
 
Mr Boniaszczuk explained to the class how to conduct representative surveys in less developed markets and the challenges researchers face in these environments. He furthermore suggested strategies to successfully conduct marketing research in these environments.
 
The MPhil Marketing Research programme is offered by the Department in collaboration with GfK Verein.
