MARKETING being ‘liked’ and ‘viewed’

To introduce the new honours students to Strategic Marketing, the students were challenged to engage with digital marketing in a fun and interactive way – and in line with the Department of Marketing Management’s 2015 theme namely “Make Marketing Matter”. The honours students had to create a short video showcasing what “Make Marketing Matter” means to them. They had to showcase their video in class on 11 February 2015 as well as briefly explain the concept behind their creative idea.

The best three videos were selected by the lecturer and fellow students and are currently competing for the most ‘likes’ and ‘views’ on YouTube. Use the following links to watch these amateur video clips:
