(NEW) Feedback on audit of lecture venues

Facilities Management and ITS have already addressed some of the problems during the December break. Various members of ITS, Facilities Management, EI and Student Administration met last week to discuss progress and projected plans for each venue listed. I attached the summary so that you can see what has been done and what will be done by the end of the year at the latest.
 
Here and there support departments will seek clarity from lecturers about problems listed.
 
My thanks to Facilities Management, ITS and Student Administration for their collaboration on this project as they are very knowledgeable about the venues and highly professional.
