The European Community programme funds 3 types of “actions”:
Action 1: Joint Programmes at Masters and Doctorate level + individual scholarships to students/researchers worldwide to participate in these programmes (of “excellence”)
Action 2: Partnerships with non-European Union Higher education institutions including scholarships
Action 3: Promotional activities to enhance the attractiveness, profile, image and visibility of European Higher Education institutions.
