1. Eligibility
This opportunity is open to academics of all departments at UP with the proviso that applications must be submitted via the currently participating departments. (Contact persons listed in 4)

2. This round is for 2011/12 work already receiving public acknowledgement (the time frame differs in some departments)

3. Application procedure
Submissions must be made to the appropriate Departmental Research Committee, which will undertake the first adjudication and thereafter make recommendations to the University Awards Committee, which will make the final awards.

4. Departmental Contact Persons: Please contact them for internal closing dates for FIRST adjudication by your appropriate Department

6. All submissions must be accompanied by a framing document

"All submissions should be accompanied by a framing document that explains researchers’ scholarly engagement with the discipline in which they locate their creative work, as well as other relevant supporting documentation. The committee differentiates between creative works per se and creative outputs with an overt, conscious scholarly objective."

7. Where possible submissions in Music, Drama and Visual Arts/ Design should be accompanied by supporting material such as a catalogue and/or visual documentation and/or a recording of the production on CD/DVD.
