Residence Levy

Upon being admitted to a University residence for the first time, a student is required to make a reservation levy payment within the designated timeframe. The specific amount for this levy will be communicated in the placement letter.

Current Accommodation Fees

University fees are determined annually by the University Council.

The annual accommodation fees encompass the academic period exclusively. This excludes all recess periods (March/April and June/July), as well as any early occupancy before the official move-in dates.
