On 4 March 2022, the Faculty of Theology and Religion hosted its annual Opening Academic Service in the Aula Theatre on the Hatfield Campus of the University of Pretoria. Profs Tawana Kupe and Norman Duncan were in attendance, while Profs Jerry Pillay and Allan Boesak helped lead the service for all those gathered to bless the Faculty and its various endeavours over the course of the year ahead.
