Papers will be presented by participants from a variety of South African and European universities, from different church backgrounds. The conference will look at prophetic witness in the past, as well as in the current context.

 The conference will be held in the board room of the student council of the University of Pretoria on the main campus.

 Conference times will be from 9:00 till 16:30 on Monday the 26^th of October, and from 9:30 till 16:45 on Tuesday the 27^th of October. The conference can be attended at no cost. Lunch and tea will be served at no cost to those attending the conference. However, we need confirmation of attendance.

 This conference will be a unique opportunity to look at prophetic witness from different angles, and also look at the appropriateness of this mode of public discourse in South Africa and the world today.
