For chapters, books and proceedings there are templates and checklists which give you guidelines regarding the requirements for subsidization by the DoE. These templates and checklists were sent to your departmental coordinator. The completed templates and checklists must be submitted to Prof. van der Merwe together with hard copies of the publications.
A timetable for submissions will soon be made available. The templates are also available on the research database of UP (intranet).
Also provide your research highlights to the departmental RIS coordinator to be captured. All research with outcomes (results) should be captured on the database.
