There have been complaints by lecturers of systemic problems in lecture halls. We are trying to get together a register of such complaints so that they can be addressed. To that end Dr Jakkie Pretorius (ITS), Dr Dawie Marais (Student Adminstration), Mr Phillip Nel (Facilities) and I drew up the
attached one-page form on which lecturers can identify specific problems. I shall collate the information, the venues will be inspected and improvements will be prioritized.
