UP Staff Training: ClickUP Grade Book course

How can I use the clickUP Grade Book to manage and publish student marks on the web?

 Attend the clickUP Grade Book course! This course focuses on various aspects of the Grade Book in order to manage student grades better.

Who will benefit? All personnel who handle student marks and are using clickUP as a means to provide information to students will benefit from this course.

Pre-requisite: clickUP Basic or clickUP Assist courses

Topics

·         Sourcing grades from clickUP and elsewhere to Grade Book

·         Create columns within the Grade Book

·         Change the attributes of the Grade Book columns

·         Add marks within the Grade Book

·         Export marks to an Excel spreadsheet

·         Update the spreadsheet and import the marks back into the Grade Book

·         Update a specific student’s grades

·         Do searches on the student data


The dates for Grade Book traing are as follows:
2 Feb
17 Feb
25 Feb Online (Synchronous) session*
12 May Online session*
16 July Online session*

Time: 8:00 - 12:30

Venue for 2 Feb and 17 Feb: EI's Training Room; 3 - 58

Note: *Online courses will be broadcast live via Elluminate Live! from the Maroon lab on the Hatfield campus to computer laboratories on other campuses, as needed. It is imperative to register early in order to book the laboratories and assistance in those venues. As an alternative, personnel can follow the training alone on their computers in their own offices.
