Three candidates are selected to spend one semester at the Institute in order to take advantage of the programme: update their teaching curricula, participate in teaching courses, further their research projects and contribute to enriching the intellectual life of the Institute. Priority is given to university teachers - with a preference for women and junior academics - who will seek to apply the benefits of their stay at the Institute upon returning to their own institution.
Candidates must be specialised in the fields of:
�� International Affairs
�� Development Studies
or in the disciplines of :
�� Anthropology and Sociology
�� International Economics
�� International Law
�� International Relations / Political Science
�� International History and Politics
The programme is fully-paid:
�� travel, visa, insurance, accommodation costs covered by the Institute
�� participants receive a monthly stipend to compensate for the loss of income
in the institution of origin and cover subsistence costs in Geneva.
