First year students enrolling for Afrikaans in 2011 will be able to do Afrikaans on second and third year level in 2012 and 2013. The subject content will correspond exactly with that of students on the Hatfield campus. We will therefore be working as a team together with our colleagues on the Groenkloof campus, Dr. Alta Engelbrecht and Ms. Dina Cloete, who will remain responsible for the teaching of the didactics of Afrikaans.
